MISSION
Our mission is to provide students with school to community-based resources and
activities that will cultivate and motivate them to improve their behaviors, academics
and attendance; leading to overall success. To further enhance their careers from middle
school, high school, to college; a pathway to becoming productive citizens.

PURPOSE
We empower youth to make changes in their own lives that lead to positive results. We also challenge students to help others by promoting volunteerism

To develop and facilitate alternative programs to improve students’ behaviors that result in school suspensions and other disciplinary measures.
To recruit and train individuals to facilitate change by providing engaging sessions for middle and high school students.
To solicit donations to be utilized and distributed to students
displaying improved behaviors and attendance. (recognition,
awards, scholarships)
To implement strategies in the furtherance of the project’s goal of
improving student’s behavior, academics, attendance leading to
overall success leading to graduation.
